Feldenkrais with Susan Miller 4:00pm – 5:00pm Awareness Through Movement ® or ATM consists of a gentle, verbally-guided series of exercises focused around a fundamental movement. Through these basic exercises, or "lessons", the student is enabled to find the most natural way to access that particular movement, resulting in a huge improvement of movement possibility and a much more "economical" use of the body.
